Welcome to Cizzle Cards ("Cizzle Cards," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of cizzlecards.com and any purchases made through the Website. By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Website Use
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with Website operations, upload malicious software, copy or reproduce Website content without permission, or use automated tools to scrape or harvest information.
2. Products
Cizzle Cards sells sports cards, Pokémon cards, trading card games, memorabilia, sealed products, collectibles, and accessories. Product availability may change without notice, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
3. Product Accuracy
We strive to ensure all listings are accurate. Product photographs are considered part of the item description. Please review all photographs before purchasing.
4. Trading Card Condition
Unless professionally graded, card condition represents our opinion. Common descriptions include Near Mint (NM), Excellent (EX), Lightly Played (LP), Moderately Played (MP), Heavily Played (HP), and Damaged. Minor manufacturing imperfections may exist.
5. Graded Cards
Grades assigned by PSA, SGC, CGC, Beckett, or other grading companies are independent opinions. We do not guarantee future grading results, crossover grades, regrade outcomes, or future market value.
6. Market Value
Trading cards and collectibles fluctuate in value. Nothing on this Website constitutes investment advice or guarantees future appreciation.
7. Sealed Products
Factory-sealed products contain randomized contents. We cannot guarantee pull rates, specific cards, autographs, rarity, or value.
8. Pricing
Prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
9. Orders
Orders are subject to acceptance and fraud review. We may refuse, limit, or cancel orders at our discretion.
10. Payment
Payment must be authorized before shipment. Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout.
11. Shipping
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Once transferred to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
12. Returns
Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Opened sealed products are generally not eligible for return unless required by law.
13. Fraud Prevention
We may verify customer identity, delay shipment, request additional information, or cancel suspicious orders to protect our customers and business.

Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through cizzlecards.com. Our goal is to accurately describe every item we sell and package each order with care.
Our Policy
Due to the collectible and often one-of-a-kind nature of our products, all sales are generally final. Cizzle Cards does not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse, change of mind, market value changes, or grading outcomes.
Items Damaged During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged as a result of shipping, please contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery. To be eligible for a replacement (if available) or refund, you must provide: (1) your order number, (2) clear photographs of the damaged item, (3) photographs of the shipping box and all packaging materials, and (4) photographs of the shipping label. We may require that the original packaging be retained for a carrier claim.
Incorrect Items
If we shipped the wrong item, notify us within 5 calendar days of delivery. We will work with you to correct the mistake at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Unless required by applicable law, the following are not eligible for return or refund: raw trading cards accurately described, graded cards, sealed trading card products that have been opened or tampered with, gift cards, clearance items, and items damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling.
Condition Disputes
Card condition is subjective. Raw card descriptions represent our opinion, and graded cards reflect the opinion of the independent grading company. Please review all photographs before purchasing.
Refund Method
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method after the claim has been reviewed and approved. Original shipping charges may be excluded where permitted by law.
